SAMPLE SIX SIGMA TRAINING OUTLINE

We customize our Six Sigma courses, at no additional charge, to include course examples in the client's product and process terminology. Modules can be delivered with open time in between to allow the client time to apply the methods on actual applications. In the workshop, the applications can be reviewed in class for discussion. Some topics covered in a typical introductory Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma workshop are shown below.

Contact us at qi2@qualityi2.com to get a sample demo and a complete outline of our new computer-based training course. It contains 4 modules, one for each training week of the complete Black Belt course.  It also contains optional modules (at no additional cost) in confidence intervals, team building, a complete course in Process FMEAs, attributes inspection capability studies, and non-traditional SPC charts. Exams included. Certification available. On-site and computer-based courses include all applicable Minitab menu commands for numerous examples using Minitab (fully functional, downloadable demo available).
